RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
• Be unused and in its original condition
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Include all accessories, manuals, and components originally received
• Not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase
For safety reasons, products that have been connected to a propane tank, ignited, fueled, or otherwise used may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
• Used propane torches
• Products showing signs of use, wear, modification, or misuse
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Gift cards
• Clearance, final sale, promotional, or liquidation items
• Items specifically marked as non-returnable
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Before returning any item, customers must contact us at support@auresti.com to obtain return authorization.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless the return is due to a defective product, shipping damage, or an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Auresti is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
• Order Number
• Description of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the problem
• Photos of the packaging if applicable
After review, we may provide a replacement, exchange, refund, or store credit at our sole discretion.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Most refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
PARTIAL REFUNDS
Partial refunds may be granted in circumstances including:
• Missing parts or accessories
• Returned items not in original condition
• Products showing signs of use
• Damage not caused by Auresti
• Returns received outside the approved return period
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team.
Exchanges are subject to inventory availability and approval.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, packaging, or shipment processing, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Customers may instead request a return after delivery if eligible under this policy.
CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you experience any issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first at support@auresti.com.
We are committed to resolving customer concerns quickly and fairly.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may delay resolution and limit available remedies.
REFUSED DELIVERIES
Orders refused by the recipient or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer may be subject to return shipping fees, carrier fees, and handling charges.
Such fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Auresti reserves the right to deny any return, refund, exchange, or replacement request that does not comply with this policy or where fraud, abuse, or misuse is suspected.
SAFETY DISCLAIMER
The HomeHalo Powerful Propane Torch is an open-flame product intended for outdoor use only.
Customers are responsible for following all operating instructions and safety precautions.
Auresti shall not be liable for injury, property damage, losses, or claims arising from misuse, negligence, improper fuel handling, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow safety instructions.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time.
Any changes become effective immediately upon posting on our website.
